For a business to succeed, kairos, situations, and relationships are all essential. Kairos is an aspect beyond human control, often described as ‘luck.’ It exists within a realm ruled by coincidence and timing. Situation pertains to the interests of the land, encompassing all resources except human resources. Relationships represent human resources that I can cultivate through human unity. Among these three elements, there is a saying that kairos accounts for 70% of success, leaving 30% to other factors. Capability belongs to the individual, while ability extends beyond the individual level, as it is essential for setting goals and achieving performance. This implies that one cannot accomplish results alone. To achieve results, there are factors that transcend the individual and are significantly influenced by kairos, situations, and relationships. No single person can control all of these elements. Kairos refers to divine timing, while situations arise from abilities and relationships, which persist as an authority. If capability defines whether you can do something, ability determines how far and how much you can exercise it. Capability is a possible state with a purpose, while ability is a state in which a specific objective is set for achievement. Therefore, without a goal, there is no actual ability. People with such excellent abilities are known as specialists. What a person can do (possible) or cannot do (impossible) is referred to as that person’s CAPABILITY. Having a lot of CAPABILITY means that someone possesses many skills. Such individuals become generalists rather than specialists. A specialist is an expert in one field, possessing a prominent ABILITY, which gives them greater competitiveness in that area compared to others, while a generalist is often suited for roles like managers or investors who synthesize and evaluate information comprehensively. All matter in this world, including the human body, is composed of quantum particles. Even if we shake hands, we might think that our elements mix, but they do not. This is because the physical properties of quantum—the special forces generated in the quantum realm—remain unchanged. To endure difficult circumstances means maintaining your state with strength. Ability and skill are distinct concepts. When we refer to a person’s unique power as an ability, the capacity to translate that power into real-world action is known as skill. Some individuals fail to succeed despite having remarkable abilities because they struggle to bring those abilities to fruition in reality. Essentially, ability denotes potential, while skill represents the achievement of that potential. The market serves as a tangible environment where many express their aspirations; thus, regardless of how exceptional their abilities may be, relying solely on skill is insufficient. What defines an elite? Is it someone who has studied a lot and done well? Is it someone who has a lot of experience? If so, is it someone who has a lousy personality despite having prominent abilities? The word elite comes from “meritocracy.” People who have worked harder than others and won the competition believe they should receive more benefits. Excessive meritocracy harms the common good. “If you’re envious and regretful, you do so too! Years of research by cognitive psychologists indicate that creative individuals are influenced more by situational factors than by their inherent talent. Essentially, being able to navigate a creative context is more crucial than possessing creative skills. Creativity does not exist in isolation; it is shaped by the surrounding environment and context. People are influenced more by their circumstances than by personal abilities. To reach their objectives, individuals must understand the necessary tools and techniques. However, concentrating solely on these tools can lead to a loss of perspective on the ultimate goals. In the Bible, David was a shepherd when he ousted the beast with pebbles and a sling, but when he threw stones at the enemy with the same pebbles and sling, he became the king’s son-in-law. The ability and tools are the same, but his life changed completely when the objects and situations of using them changed. The way to escape the crisis depends on the abilities and the ability to grasp the object and situation to which it is applied rather than the replacement or improvement of the skills and tools. Most people substitute the issue of choice with the issue of ability. They recognize they cannot do it because scaring to make the wrong choice or lack the knowledge. Banks pay me 1 to 2 percent interest annually on deposits but charge me 4 to 5 percent on loans. It's a game where I'm losing money in every way. Then, I want to avoid putting my money in the bank. It would be better to use it to purchase that bank's stocks as a substitute but meticulous care is required. To make a choice, you have to conquer your fears. You probably think that your ability can determine your competitiveness. So you might think that ability should be important in professions. Then think about it. When you're working, if there's a person next to you who has the best ability, you might give up your job for that person. The essence of occupation is competition and ignorance. These two properties will tell you that there is still something to challenge and achieve in your life. But if you acknowledge reality accurately, you will wander your way.
