The ways to create assets are ‘how one works,’ ‘how to receive gifts from others,’ and ‘how to purchase assets made by others.’ There is a way to steal, but it is a crime. If you don’t initially own an asset, the simplest and almost the only way to create one is to produce something with your own labor. Whether the product is a service or a good, it must be produced unconditionally. Trading products creates added value. The time that man lives in a unit of minutes is too short. However, since the invention of the steam locomotive, the appearance of faster vehicles made crazy changes to the concept of time. The shift in distance made people realize what time was. Sandford Fleming, an engineer and inventor, asked to unify the time difference caused by long-distance transportation, but people rejected his request. If the boarding time were not fixed, the railroad would be useless. The history of the 24-hour clock was made only about 140 years ago.
