Meeting someone intentionally requires planning a specific time and place, and because it is a three-dimensional event, it can be seen as a cosmic occurrence. We can’t meet simply by setting a time, nor can we meet just by choosing a place. So, how much more astonishing is it to meet someone by chance without an appointment? The first civilizations of mankind originated in arid climates. The Mesopotamian and Egyptian civilizations are examples. A city is relatively safe from infectious diseases if it is drier than wet. The key is water. It is a river where there is water while it is dry. Therefore, the shape and location of the river are important.
