A ‘transaction’ is an act of debt between parties. The seller owes goods to the buyer (performance debt), and the buyer owes money to the seller (monetary debt). A transaction is considered complete when the debt is settled and the promise to owe each other is called a ‘contract.’ Thus, a good trader or businessman excels at making and repaying debts. When it comes to debt, the type of debt matters. Anyone who misjudges this should not engage in business. - Joseph’s “just my thoughts”

Being wealthy means your assets grow larger, and their value increases too. The purpose of all economic activity is to secure assets. The more assets you have, the more opportunities you create. Assets represent the total of what one owns and borrows from others. In other words, it is the complete amount of resources available for earning time. Resources serve as the foundation for acquiring additional resources. It’s like using small earthworms as bait to catch fish. Thus, it is said that money makes money. This is referred to as financial income . Income is primarily categorized into earned income and financial income. If you have a substantial earned income but lack financial income, you are more likely to face poverty in the future. - Joseph’s “just my thoughts”

Imagine you have a goose that lays golden eggs (how wonderful that would be!). According to philosophy, there are three primary approaches to utilizing this goose. The first person, driven by hunger, decides to cut open the goose, retrieve a golden egg, and sell it. The second individual manages hunger differently by selling the golden eggs as they are produced. Lastly, the third person opts to lease the goose to earn rental income. This scenario illustrates earned income, financial income, and investments. Ultimately, it comes down to how you choose to manage your time (profit in fixed terms) to fit your needs. Wealth is defined by circumstances and the passage of time. - Joseph’s “just my thoughts”
