It also means that if I have been fortunate in the way I have lived up to now, misfortune may come one day. Management involves looking at both sides of this coin. When business conditions are good, we need to prepare for tough times, and when business conditions are bad, we need to prepare for better times. If you have experienced misfortunes so far, you should hope that the opposite can also occur. Nothing lasts forever. The universe also changes from time to time, and we must abandon the notion that the society we live in will remain the same. Management is the act of converting uncertainty into certainty. - Joseph’s “just my thoughts”

I think it’s not just that many people are living in this world; rather, their lives may come together to create this world. I believe everyone is born with their own destiny. Words express the heart, thoughts, and feelings, but spending money reflects a person’s morality. The way a person approaches and uses money embodies their faith like a religion. While money may not be faith itself, it serves as one of the most essential foundations for its external expression. Money is a fundamental element for survival and a symbol of value exchange. - Joseph’s “just my thoughts”

As every person has a platform on social media, companies aim to allow customers to engage with their products or services. Offering experiential opportunities has gained significance; however, just because customers have experiences doesn’t mean they will share them. A crucial aspect is whether that experience becomes a lasting memory. It’s important to recognize that experience and memory are distinct concepts, and one must consider how to convert an experience into a meaningful memory. Essentially, experiences become memories when customers can fully express themselves during those moments. - Joseph’s “just my thoughts”

Those who value ‘justice' and ‘morality' tend to regard even a little ‘exaggerated’ expression as ‘false’ or ‘immoral.’ They also reject ‘rhetorical exaggeration' to emphasize expression. But ‘exaggeration' is only important for its ‘intention and purpose’ and is by no means ‘false’ in conveying meaning. ‘Rhetorical exaggeration’ is not a fabrication, but an emphasis. Rather, people want to prove their own integrity, and then push the ‘rhetorical exaggeration' to the one side as it is false and use that 'rhetorical exaggeration’ as a way to intimidate someone who used it is immoral. - Joseph’s "just my thoughts"
