Just my thoughts #0654

Founders often start a business without understanding their profit model. People are more likely to fail because they only think, “I have to work!” and don’t truly grasp how and why they can make money from it. They don’t understand the concept of capital, meaning the basic funds, nor do they understand the founder’s equity. They have heard the terms often but don’t really know their meaning or importance. They don’t recognize it, although they may have heard of it a lot. You start a business and partner with others without knowing whether your return is the reward for taking risks, giving up current interests, or sacrificing competitors. Understanding this is a fundamental part of entrepreneurship. Yet, in reality, they run their business without considering these issues simply because they need to work and can do so at the moment. - Joseph’s “just my thoughts”

The value must exist when both universality and scarcity coexist. Universality is a property that anyone can recognize, whereas scarcity refers to limited possession. In other words, recognition should be universal so everyone can understand it, but the rights to possess or use the object should be restricted. The universality of perception has been influenced by viral promotion , such as word of mouth and media messages, and now digital networking is taking over. Limiting physical possession and use causes scarcity. Before the digital age, this was protected by spatial limitations ; however, with the widespread adoption of digital networking, encryption technology now enforces these limits. The restriction of possession and use means that a master sets the physical boundaries of the scarce object. All businesses must satisfy these two contradictions simultaneously to achieve economic benefits . - Joseph’s “just my thoughts”

Transactions are made at a price. The value must precede the price, and this value arises because of the limit. Everything in the world is finite. It’s frustrating and sad due to that limit, but it’s worth it in the end because you can’t do it anymore. As the limit approaches infinity, the value decreases, and the smaller the limit range, the greater the scarcity , which leads to a higher value. If there are hundreds of gold medals in one event at the Olympics , that gold medal loses its value. There is a high probability of finding value where there is a limit. Depending on one’s perspective, someone’s limitations can become opportunities. - Joseph’s “just my thoughts”
