Micro-movement refers to small shifts. Kim Yong-woon, who authored the book “History’s Counterattack,” states that before a state changes, an ambiguous phase occurs during the process. This is called ‘micro-movement,’ and he argues that a rigid organization that suppresses this micro-movement will ultimately lead to frustration or catastrophe. He explains that permitting micro-movement equates to autonomy, and an open organization that allows this fosters ‘self-organization’ and the ‘emergence of creativity.’ He also mentions that human ability is defined as pattern recognition, which helps distinguish between ‘trivial’ and ‘essential’ elements. Some businesses, such as education or fitness, can succeed if only the number of aspirants increases steadily. In a business that provides a service that acquires and develops, making new customers continue without giving up determines the business’s success or failure. No matter how hard you promote, if you do not create the persistence of the aspirants, passion, and effort will lead to damage.

The Anchoring Heuristic In 1974, Tversky and Kahneman divided two groups and asked one group to calculate the value of "8x7x6x5x4x3x2x1" and the other group to answer the question "1x2x3x4x5x6x7x8" immediately. The average calculation result of the first group was 2,250, and that of the second group was 512. For both groups, the original answer is 40,320, which is the same. Although they multiplied by the same number, the first group multiplied by the order of the larger number, resulting in a higher baseline adjustment, while the second group did the opposite.
