Banks don’t lend based on looks or abilities but decide if your current financial situation is promising for the future. It’s hard to get a loan if you don’t tell a story with numbers. If you rely solely on bank deposits , you’ll spend what you have or borrow if you run out. That keeps your business running as it is, but without verifying your creditworthiness with numbers, don’t even consider borrowing from the bank. The first civilizations of mankind originated in arid climates. The Mesopotamian and Egyptian civilizations are examples. A city is relatively safe from infectious diseases if it is drier than wet. The key is water. It is a river where there is water while it is dry. Therefore, the shape and location of the river are important. A dry, watery zone is formed when the river flows from north to south. In other words, the city was born under the influence of disease.
