Micro-movement refers to small shifts. Kim Yong-woon, who authored the book “History’s Counterattack,” states that before a state changes, an ambiguous phase occurs during the process. This is called ‘micro-movement,’ and he argues that a rigid organization that suppresses this micro-movement will ultimately lead to frustration or catastrophe. He explains that permitting micro-movement equates to autonomy, and an open organization that allows this fosters ‘self-organization’ and the ‘emergence of creativity.’ He also mentions that human ability is defined as pattern recognition, which helps distinguish between ‘trivial’ and ‘essential’ elements. Traffic direction is influenced by history and traditions. What would occur if a country suddenly changed its travel direction? The costs of replacing road signs would be just the start; the nation would also need to revise traffic laws and control systems, leading to a higher frequency of accidents. Such a major change hasn’t occurred in any country since its inception. Globally, 165 countries have adopted right-hand drive (RHD), while 75 have implemented left-hand drive (LHD). Currently, 66% of the world’s population drives on the right, and 72% of all roads are right-sided.

At this time, "apples" are a Sufficient Condition to be fruit, and vice versa, because the "fruit to be an apple is more necessary for other conditions such as "red, round", the fruit is a Necessary Condition to become an apple. The Anchoring Heuristic In 1974, Tversky and Kahneman divided two groups and asked one group to calculate the value of "8x7x6x5x4x3x2x1" and the other group to answer the question "1x2x3x4x5x6x7x8" immediately. The average calculation result of the first group was 2,250, and that of the second group was 512. For both groups, the original answer is 40,320, which is the same. Although they multiplied by the same number, the first group multiplied by the order of the larger number, resulting in a higher baseline adjustment, while the second group did the opposite.
