Cognitive Structure: Humans naturally avoid complicated or confusing interfaces. If all headlines in a newspaper are the same size as the body text, they won’t seem inviting to read. The human brain is built to operate efficiently. However, human cognitive abilities often don’t reach their full potential. Any interface that goes against this instinct is likely to fail. No one enjoys taking tests every day, right? To increase sales in an online shopping mall, it’s important to provide an interface that requires minimal mental effort from consumers. To protect the environment, instead of setting “spoons or forks” as the default delivery option in a food delivery app, offering a choice to select separately can help reduce waste. To promote positive consumer behavior, create a comfortable environment; to discourage negative behavior, make the process complex and frustrating. - Joseph’s “just my thoughts”

Yeast consumes glucose and produces alcohol along with CO2. This action serves as a defense mechanism to protect against other microbiomes. In other words, the alcohol produced by yeast acts as a poison to eliminate other microbiomes. Thus, a solution with over 70% alcohol concentration can effectively eradicate the COVID-19 virus. We gladly consume the poison that yeast produces in liquor. Probably, isn’t there only a very thin line between happiness and unhappiness?

The most important aspect of investing is managing risk. However, in most cases, risk management is interpreted and assessed in relation to past patterns. When asset prices fall, the perceived risk appears significant. That doesn’t imply there weren’t risks; investors simply didn’t recognize the risks that originally existed. The level of risk is almost identical whether the price of an asset goes up or down, but when prices decline, they tend to drop further because fear prevents us from purchasing more assets, leading us to retreat. It’s not that the risk has escalated. It is unwise to link risk with past patterns. There have been numerous exceptions in the world, and many beings on this planet have disappeared because they could not adapt. Did dinosaurs not become extinct on Earth ? Even the most delicious food in the world can only be enjoyed in front of me. No matter how great someone’s advice or ideas may be, you must confront them at a time when you can accept them to show genuine interest. There are countless wonderful things in this world, but they aren’t truly good unless they’re on my timeline. Even if I have a lot of money, it isn’t mine until I spend it. Only then does it become my money when I use it for myself, as there’s no satisfaction in not enjoying the benefits. Therefore, the timing depends on my situation.
