Partnership: We can’t operate alone. Transactions involve counterparties. Ultimately, business is about establishing and managing relationships with others. Without mutual benefit, trade falters and conducting business becomes difficult. When starting a business, keep a partnership in mind. The key to a partnership is “how to share,” not “how much to earn.” If the distribution isn’t rational, distortions will occur within the organization, which can harm the bottom line. Failing to distribute fairly or according to the situation increases the risk of business failure. Breaking up with a partner might seem better sometimes, but the core conflict remains; only it shifts from internal to external. To succeed in business, focus on distributing profits effectively rather than solely increasing them. Learning to distribute well is essential. - Joseph’s “just my thoughts”

It is said that greed leads to ruin, but before that, it also leads to regret. In other words, the result of regret is ruin. If there is no greed, there is no regret. Greed also triggers sensitive and excessive reactions to wounds. The sensitive response of a human being is linked to wounds, and those wounds reinforce greed once again. Greed provides the strength to face hardship, but success often becomes the seed of a curse because of its aftereffects. We cannot completely eliminate greed, but our lives can be happy only if we manage it wisely.

At this time, "apples" are a Sufficient Condition to be fruit, and vice versa, because the "fruit to be an apple is more necessary for other conditions such as "red, round", the fruit is a Necessary Condition to become an apple. If the proposition of "If you respect someone, you'll get married" is "true," it's a "Sufficient Condition" to find someone you admire for marriage, but it's just only a "Necessary Condition" to find someone to marry for respect. The Anchoring Heuristic In 1974, Tversky and Kahneman divided two groups and asked one group to calculate the value of "8x7x6x5x4x3x2x1" and the other group to answer the question "1x2x3x4x5x6x7x8" immediately. The average calculation result of the first group was 2,250, and that of the second group was 512. For both groups, the original answer is 40,320, which is the same. Although they multiplied by the same number, the first group multiplied by the order of the larger number, resulting in a higher baseline adjustment, while the second group did the opposite.
