Meaning of “Non-existence”: In mathematics, the number “0 (zero)” can signify both “does not exist” and the transition of a filled unit to a higher one in the decimal system. The first meaning is connected to ontology, while the second explains how, when one decimal unit is full, the total shifts to the next unit, and a zero indicates this shift. In this system, zero marks that the next higher unit is present. Philosophically, the concept of “nothing” is viewed in the West as “non-existence,” but in the East, it can signify a transformation to the next level after being filled. When building a wall with stones, the large stones are stacked, the small stones are filled in the gaps, and the spaces between the stones are filled with smaller stones and the final layer of sand. Although the elements that make up the wall vary in size, their roles are fixed, and each performs its part. None of them is useless. Management is the act of bringing together different characteristics and harmonizing them into one. There is no one worse than me; there is only me who ignores others.

The Anchoring Heuristic In 1974, Tversky and Kahneman divided two groups and asked one group to calculate the value of "8x7x6x5x4x3x2x1" and the other group to answer the question "1x2x3x4x5x6x7x8" immediately. The average calculation result of the first group was 2,250, and that of the second group was 512. For both groups, the original answer is 40,320, which is the same. Although they multiplied by the same number, the first group multiplied by the order of the larger number, resulting in a higher baseline adjustment, while the second group did the opposite.
